Yet another day
When the sun shone
And the Flowers blossomed
While the wind
Did not forget it’s duty,
There was me
Lost and worn
And lovelorn
Waiting for the
Bygone springs to
Come back to me
I still recall
When the moon arose
In the misty rose
In the nights
So warm and close
The myriad of
Enchanting love hymns
Would hover all over me
And then
your husky voice
And my seductive smiles
Would Weave
a web of infinite love
Do you recall
When your husky
rough brazen
Seductive Voice
left it’s marks
On the moonlit
Sculptural me
And then the
light danced
In ember of my eyes
And drops of sweat
Slid my eyelids
Darkness played the
Symphonies of
Love
Calling out your
Name on every note
Alas!
Gone are the days
And yet today
I wait for you
I long for you
I wait for the
moments abound !
And
The love of sound
Continues to hound
Today, tonight
and ever .... and ever !!
